Welcome to Apptojo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Apptojo ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
  • Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

2. Use of Services

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels

3. User Accounts

The Apptojo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Apptojo. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

Some of our applications may allow you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Retain ownership of your User Content
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content as necessary to provide our Services
  • Represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
  • Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your User Content

6. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those services.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the app store
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
  • Prices may change, with notice provided through the app or app store

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Services will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPTOJO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apptojo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and User Content
  • Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apptojo regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
